CanadaI have only been using the Collagen for a month, so far not much happening. I am sure it will. nothing happens overnight. At least it is easy to use. Just put it in my coffee & I am good to go.
CanadaI have been taking Marine Collagen for amonth and already seen a difference to my nails and hair. My nails are stronger and my hair is not coming out as much.. i am 85 years and hoping to notice improvements in my knee joints soon. I mix it in warm water and add a littls flavouring. It does mix better if it stands for a few minutes .
